METRO COURT - 1945 HILL ST - DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES -  Our client was charged with two counts of driving under the influence.  After a thorough investigation we contacted the prosecutor, showed him what we uncovered and the two dui counts are dismissed...the client ended up pleading to a speed contest that will not be used in the future as a dui.

SAN FERNANDO COURT - 900 THIRD STREET - Client arrested for DUI and charged with two counts.  We filed a motion to suppress the breath result, because the police illegally stopped our client, with no probable cause.  After a hearing the case was dismissed by the judge...the client pled to nothing.
This is a courthouse that we appear in over 300 times a year.  We are very familiar with the prosecutors and judges and have many success stories related to dui matters in Department M / 139.

VAN NUYS COURTHOUSE - Client was charged with two counts of driving under the influence.  After negotiating with the prosecutors, it was agreed that the client would plead to a speed contest and the dui counts were dismissed.  In this particular courthouse, we have been extremely successful in obtaining reduced charges, if the client's blood alcohol level is at or close to a .08.  Keeping clients out of jail is a number one priority...in most of the cases that we defend in this courthouse we have been successful in keeping our client's out of jail.  Since we appear over 300 times a year in Van Nuys the list of success stories is too numerous to repeat here.

VENTURA COUNTY DUI - Our client was charged with a dui...which typically means jail time in Ventura County.  After the investigating officer admits that he never actually saw our client driving and that he had no idea when he crashed his car into a telephone pole...the DMV decides not to suspend the client's drivers license and the criminal court decides not to file a case.

BURBANK COURTHOUSE - Client was charged with reckless driving following a fatal crash on the 5 freeway.  After a five day trial the jury came back not guilty and determined that our accident reconstruction expert was more credible than the prosecutors and that our client was not at fault.

MALIBU COURTHOUSE - Dui charges were dismissed and our client was permitted to plead to a speed contest because the blood alcohol level was a .08 and the field sobriety tests were not definitive as far as proving that the client could not safely operate a motor vehicle.  This is another courthouse that we frequently appear in.  We have been extremely successful over the years in negotiating favorable dispositions for our clients.

LAX / AIRPORT COURTHOUSE - This courthouse handles thousands of dui cases that occur in the downtown courthouse each year.  We are a frequent presence in this courthouse and have many success stories...from out right dismissals to charges being reduced...based on hard work, investigation and years of experience.
