Stacy Lonnberg, 51, a Gilroy woman, has been charged with murder of her husband and her daughter.
On January 14, 2012, Lonnberg allegedly drive drunk, rolled the family's Toyota pickup on Highway 85, killing her husband, 57-year-old Fred Lonnberg, and her daughter, 26-year-old Tiffiny Gillette. Gillette's 3 year old son was also in the truck but was not injured.
Lonnberg's blood alcohol level at the time of her arrest was 0.16, which is twice the legal limit.
Lonnberg was bailed out January 18, but she was rearrested Wednesday after the District Attorney's office charged her on two counts of murder and one count of child endangerment.
Lonnberg has been on suicide watch while in custody.
Lonnberg could be charged with murder if investigations revealed she had previously driven while drunk.
At the scene of the accident, Lonnberg admitted to officers she had been drinking, and officers reported she smelled strongly of alcohol.
